At Bryan Williams Wheelchair Vans, we don't believe your budget should dictate your independence. Through our 2026 Partnership Initiative, we have secured private funding to bridge the pricing gap for wheelchair-accessible transportation.
The Mobility Access Grant Program
Grant Assistance Program
We partner with grant providers to make wheelchair vans affordable for everyone across the USA.

Eligibility & Requirements
To maintain the integrity of our program and ensure the vans reach those who need them most, all buyers must meet the following criteria:
Intended Use: The vehicle must be used primarily for the transportation of individuals with mobility challenges.
Application Approval: You must submit a formal inquiry and be "Accepted" into the current funding cycle.
Geographic Priority: While we serve a wide area, priority is given to applicants within USA
How the Grant Works
Typical wheelchair-accessible vans can cost upwards of $60,000–$80,000. Our grant providers, Crypto.com and Uber, contribute directly to the acquisition and conversion costs of our fleet.
This allows us to offer our vehicles to accepted applicants at approximately 50% of the current market value.
The Three Pillars of Our Program:
Funding: Contributions from our corporate partners cover the "accessibility markup."
Selection: We source high-quality, late-model vans suitable for heavy-duty use.
Impact: We prioritize USA residents, families, and transport providers who demonstrate a clear need for affordable mobility.

Crypto.com: Through their community impact fund, they support innovative local businesses that use technology and strategic logistics to solve social problems.
Testimonials
The Barns Family (Denver, CO)
"For three years, our world felt like it was shrinking. Bryan and this grant program gave us our lives back."
The Challenge: Mary Barns, 54, has been a vibrant member of her Denver community despite using a wheelchair for over 20 years. However, three years ago, her specialized van—her only link to the outside world—broke down beyond repair. Without the $60,000+ needed for a new conversion, Mary and her family were left stranded, relying on expensive, unreliable transport services that made simple grocery trips or doctor appointments a grueling ordeal.
The Solution: Mary discovered Bryan Williams Wheelchair Vans and our 2026 Grant Initiative. Through the funding provided by Crypto.com, Mary was accepted into our program and secured a late-model, fully accessible van for nearly 50% off the market retail price.
The Impact:
"I can’t describe the feeling of being able to just 'go' again. For three years, I felt like a burden to my family, stuck inside four walls. Bryan didn't just sell us a van; he navigated the grant process for us and made the Bitcoin payment through Crypto.com so simple to understand. My grandkids are the happiest—now 'Nana' can pick them up for park days again. This program is a miracle for families like ours." — Mary Barns
The Challenge: At 30 years old, John Arnold is a pillar of the small town of Axtell, Texas. He operates a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) business, providing a lifeline for elderly and disabled residents who need rides to life-saving treatments. But John had a problem: he only had one van. He was constantly turning away neighbors in need because his schedule was full, and with the high cost of specialized vehicles, he couldn't qualify for traditional financing to buy a second one.
The Solution: John discovered the Bryan Williams Wheelchair Vans grant initiative. By applying for the subsidy provided by Uber and Crypto.com, John was able to bypass the high interest rates of bank loans. He secured a second, fully equipped NEMT van at nearly 50% off the market price, settling the transaction securely through the Crypto.com platform.
The Impact:
"In a small town like Axtell, if I can’t give someone a ride, they often don’t have another option. It was heartbreaking to say 'no.' Thanks to Bryan and the grant providers, I didn't just get a new van; I doubled my ability to help my community. The payment process was fast, transparent, and allowed me to keep my overhead low so I can keep my service rates affordable for my neighbors." — John Arnold, Owner of Arnold Community Transport

Chris & Mary Williams (Warrensburg, MO)
"A Veteran shouldn't be trapped in his own home. Bryan and Crypto.com made sure I wasn't."
The Challenge: Chris Williams, a 70-year-old veteran, has spent his life serving others. But recently, life in Warrensburg, Missouri, had become quiet and isolated. Both Chris and his wife, Mary, deal with mobility challenges that made their standard SUV impossible to use. Like so many others, they found themselves "stuck at home," missing out on Sunday services, local veteran meetups, and family gatherings because the cost of a converted wheelchair van felt like a mountain they couldn't climb on a fixed income.
The Solution: Chris reached out to Bryan Williams Wheelchair Vans after hearing about our mission to support those who served. Because of the grant funding provided by Crypto.com and Uber, we were able to fast-track Chris’s application. We bypassed the traditional "dealership markup," allowing Chris to use his savings to secure a top-tier accessible van at 50% off the retail price.
The Impact:
"When you're 70, you don't want to spend your time staring at the four walls of your living room. You want to be out in the world with the people you love. Bryan treated me with the respect a veteran deserves. He walked us through the Crypto.com payment step-by-step—it was much faster than the paperwork I’m used to! Now, Mary and I are back on the road. This van didn't just give us a ride; it gave us our freedom back." — Chris Williams, U.S. Veteran
The Challenge: Mitch Damian, 50, lives in the beautiful, rugged terrain of Morganton, North Carolina. For Mitch, a standard minivan just didn't fit his lifestyle or the local landscape. He needed the power and clearance of a truck, but the cost of a converted, wheelchair-accessible Ram pickup is often staggering—reaching well into the six figures. Mitch had spent years searching for a way to afford a vehicle that felt like "him" while still providing the accessibility he required.
The Solution: Mitch connected with Bryan Williams Wheelchair Vans and applied for our specialized grant tier. Thanks to the heavy subsidies provided by Crypto.com and Uber, we were able to source a late-model Ram accessible truck and apply the 50% grant discount. By handling the transaction through the secure Crypto.com app, Mitch was able to bypass traditional dealership markups and long-term financing hurdles.
The Impact:
"Living in North Carolina, I needed something that could handle the roads and look good doing it. When Bryan told me I qualified for the grant on a Ram truck, I couldn't believe it. The price was nearly half of anything else I had seen. The Crypto.com payment was fast and secure—I had the digital receipt instantly. Now, I’m back behind the wheel of a truck I love, with the freedom to go wherever the road takes me. If you think you can't afford a high-end accessible vehicle, you haven't talked to Bryan yet." — Mitch Damian
